The Be YOU! Initiative is a nonprofit rooted in rural communities, dedicated to empowering individuals, nurturing families, and strengthening communities. We are about more than programs — we are about people. Our work is driven by the belief that every person matters, every stage of life is important, and every community can flourish when people are empowered to be their best selves.

What We Do

We provide leadership programs, coaching, and community-centered initiatives that help children, families, and leaders overcome barriers and embrace their unique strengths. Through these efforts, we are building toward a welcoming daycare center where children can learn and thrive, families are supported, and our rural community prospers for generations to come.
